Logo and brand design for Aroma Birth Organics - Aromatherapy & essential oils

 

Louise, who will be launching Aroma Birth Organics in 2019, is a qualified clinical aromatherapist. Her mission is to harness the power of aromatherapy to support women during pregnancy, helping to relieve physical symptoms, and allowing them to feel excited about labour. Louise had IVF to conceive her son and used aromatherapy during her labour; she wants to help women going through this exciting, scary, and emotional time to have calm and positive birth experiences.

 

I was so excited to work with Louise to make her vision a reality and she was a delight to work with! We were on the same page throughout the whole design process and I'm so pleased with what we created together.


I chose peonies for this branding because, as buds, they have many petals wrapped tightly in a ball, which signifies the layers of anxiety and worry a woman might feel when going through pregnancy and when approaching labour. When peonies bloom the layers and layers of petals slowly open, signifying the way aromatherapy can help to loosen those layers of emotion and promote a more calm and relaxed mind and body.

Louise will be creating custom aromatherapy blends to help with specific situations, along with a line of classic blends. She has so many ideas for expansion in the future and I can’t wait to follow along with her journey.
